Child Safety Standards
AAA Interactive Ltd
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. Our Commitment
GenStars is operated by AAA Interactive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards apply across every GenStars surface: the website, the iOS app, and the Android app.
We design our platform, our policies, and our moderation processes to prevent our services from being used to harm children, and we act immediately when a concern is raised.
2. Age Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old to create a GenStars account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter competitions with entry fees or to receive prize payouts.
Accounts found to belong to users under the minimum age are removed.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on GenStars and result in immediate content removal and account termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor
- Grooming — befriending a child to facilitate sexual abuse, online or offline
- Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images
- Trafficking of a child or advertising a child for sexual exploitation
- Any attempt to use GenStars to arrange, facilitate, or promote any of the above
4. In-App Reporting
Every video, profile, and competition entry on GenStars can be reported from inside the app or website using a dedicated Child Safety report reason.
Child-safety reports are automatically assigned our highest review priority and are reviewed ahead of all other report categories.
Concerns can also be raised directly with our child safety contact at support@genstars.tv with the subject line "Child Safety".
5. Review and Enforcement
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, which can take the following actions:
- Immediately hide or permanently delete the reported content
- Remove the participant from a competition
- Warn, suspend, or permanently ban the responsible account
Where content violates Section 3, removal and account termination are immediate and permanent.
6. Reporting to Authorities
When we identify CSAM or credible evidence of child sexual abuse or exploitation, we remove the content, terminate the account, and report it to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement and recognised reporting bodies such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the UK and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the US.
We preserve associated records as required to support investigations, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
7. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including our obligations under UK law, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute our apps.
8. Child Safety Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can speak to our CSAE prevention practices and compliance and can be reached at support@genstars.tv. Please use the subject line "Child Safety" so your message is prioritised.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. Related policies: our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
